Who We Are

Tom Webbert joined his father’s practice in 2006, driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact in people's lives. A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, he holds a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Computer Science. As a CFP^® professional, Tom is passionate about guiding clients to realize their retirement dreams, bringing a unique perspective honed from an early age—he completed his first tax return in the 5th grade! 

Residing in Glen Arm with his wife, Diane, an educator and active community volunteer, Tom enjoys family life with their two sons, Jeremiah and Adrian. Outside of work, he holds a US Soccer D coaching license and dedicates time to coaching his sons' sports teams. Tom also loves cooking, traveling, and staying active with basketball, soccer, and tennis.

Jonathan joined Blue Curve Advisory in 2022, inspired by a passion for helping people make the most of their retirement years. A graduate of Loyola University Maryland, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with a specialization in Actuarial Science. Jonathan became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional in August 2025, reflecting his commitment to providing clients with thoughtful and comprehensive guidance.

He especially enjoys hearing clients’ stories and seeing photos of their adventures in retirement. Outside of work, Jonathan spends his time with his girlfriend, Alison, and his family dog, Taz. He also enjoys golfing, baking sweet treats, cheering on the Orioles, and time with friends and family. Jonathan’s enthusiasm for life and dedication to clients make him a valued member of the team.  

Toni is our Integrator and a Client Liaison, having joined the team in November 2019. She graduated from Loyola University Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, specializing in Public Relations and Advertising, and a minor in Business Administration. Toni is passionate about building meaningful connections with clients and enjoys hearing about their retirement plans and the exciting projects they undertake.

Outside of work, Toni loves exploring new restaurants, baking, and playing tennis, as well as spending quality time with friends and family. She shares her home with her fiancé, Ryan, and rescue cat Iffy. Toni’s positive attitude and commitment to client care truly enhance our team.

As the Marketing Director and Client Liaison, Shaylin has been an integral part of the team since November 2019, following her graduation from Towson University’s Honors College in 2019 with a B.S. in Mass Communication, specializing in Strategic PR and Integrated Marketing Communication. She is enthusiastic about building strong relationships with clients, helping them achieve their goals, and delighting in their travel stories. Shaylin takes great pleasure in planning events and values the feedback she receives, ensuring an extraordinary experience for everyone involved.

Outside of work, Shaylin enjoys spending time with family, traveling, hiking, and practicing Pilates. She also loves cooking, reading, and immersing herself in sports, music, and Broadway shows. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Shaylin is a New York native and a dual citizen of the USA and Barbados. Her diverse interests and commitment to her clients make her a dynamic and valued member of our team.

As a Client Liaison, Elizabeth joined the team in July 2024, shortly after graduating from Towson University with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing. She finds joy in connecting with clients, especially when they share stories about their travels and offer life advice that enriches her perspective.

Outside of work, Elizabeth cherishes time spent with friends and family, enjoys cooking, and expresses her creativity through painting. A sports enthusiast, she also loves watching Commanders and Capitals games with loved ones. Elizabeth values time spent with her boyfriend, Ryder, and enjoys relaxing weekends exploring new restaurants or spending time outdoors. 

As a Client Liaison, Justin joined the BCA team in November 2025. He graduated from University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2023 with a degree in Public Health and a minor in Biology. Growing up with a father who is a math professor, he developed an early appreciation for statistics and numbers. A passion that naturally connects to his work today.

His favorite part of the role is helping clients achieve their retirement goals and mapping out future plans using thoughtful projections and data-driven strategies.

Outside of work, he enjoys running, lifting weights, and anything involving house plants, he has over 20 and even built his own greenhouse. He also loves relaxing with his wife, Chyres, watching shows and movies. They share their home with their dog, Kiba, and are excited to be expecting a baby soon. 

Eric serves as Senior Accountant at BCA. He first joined the firm in a part-time role and transitioned to full-time in November 2025. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University in 2013.

He enjoys learning more about the firm’s culture and clients and appreciates the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in their financial lives.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, trying new restaurants, and cooking. He also values spending time with his girlfriend, Gaby.
